The Children’s Table is launching free gardening classes to help locals grow their own veggies. These hands-on sessions aim to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge needed for backyard cultivation. By fostering self-sustainability and promoting healthy living, we’re excited to support our community in cultivating nutritious produce and fostering a deeper connection to the food we eat. Join us in embracing the transformative power of gardening for a greener, healthier future.
Volunteering with The Children’s Table Food Bank is a direct way to combat local hunger and make a difference in the lives of families in need. Your time and effort directly contribute to providing nutritious meals and fostering community connections. Join us in our mission to promote food access and support those facing food insecurity.

Lynda Russell

“They are doing a great thing for our communities, as well as Puerto Rico and others in need, and deserve our support. If you’re looking for somewhere to donate where you know your dollars are going to good use, this is it.”
Suzanne Sparks

“This is a wonderful concept! This food bank helps people in the community that need a little extra help food wise during difficult times. For a donation of $7, you get usually some quality meats, eggs, fruits and vegetables. The foods are not the same every week and you don’t get turned away if you don’t have money. All you have to do is show up. You don’t even get out of your vehicle. They load you up and you are on your way. Max is a two family purchase”
